Femi Ogunrombi ‘Papa Ajasco’ is dead

Femi Ogunrombi, a Nigerian veteran actor and one-time ‘Papa Ajasco’ in the comedy series has reportedly passed on.

Femi Ogunrombi was a quite famous face in the Wale Adenuga comedy series, wand played the role of ‘Papa Ajasco’.

The details of Ogunrombi’s death are still vague. News of his passing was broken on the internet via a Twitter user, who wrote:

“I have just been reliably informed that the new ethnomusicologist, former Music Instructor with @NATIONALTROUPE and one time stand in for the ‘Papa Ajasco’ character on the popular @waleadenugaprod Comic Series ‘Papa Ajasco’ Mr. Femi Ogunrombi is DEAD!
